About
Skilled Virtual Assistant with over 11 years experience

Finding the right person to support your business can be really tricky. Will they work to your high standards? Will they look after your customers? Will they be easy to get along with? Will they be reliable and trustworthy?

Sometimes it feels easier to continue managing everything yourself.

It’s not.

I’ve been a freelance Virtual Assistant since 2014, and a freelance Executive Assistant since 2022. I’ve loved the variety of my work, the different people I have the pleasure of collaborating with, and how my input makes a hugely positive difference to business owners' time - just by doing the tasks they don’t have the skills for, time for, or don’t enjoy!

I started my career within South West Trains, progressing from the customer service call centre to Corporate Training Manager within the company. In addition to managing teams, I had some fantastic opportunities to be involved in managing training elements of high-profile improvements projects. I also spent time within the retail training department to plan and deliver training for front-line staff, and also provide customer service support during times of severe rail service disruption.

My past roles have included working with employers to recruit and support apprentices, and I really enjoyed my time as a Business Administration NVQ Assessor. This enabled me to give something back to those just starting their careers.

My decision to bring my varied skills together in a flexible role back in 2014, have demonstrated just how important virtual assistant support can be to business owners.
Clients have ranged from local community centres, training providers, a local council association, IT companies, a council cemetery(!), to corporate companies working throughout Europe and the world. I’m also the Secretary for the Solent Junior Devils Ice Hockey team where my children play.

I’m trustworthy, reliable and very personable. I want to help make business life easier for you. Get in contact to chat more.
